December 2012.

So much has happened lately, I haven't had time to blog! But I made a promise to myself to blog more next year. 

Recently, Me and my boyfriend Nick have spilt up just after 4 years of our relationship. It was such a shock, and just has made a huge dent in my world. But I truly believe what will be will be. If we are meant to end up together we will.

So now, In the next year I am actually moving in to my own house and being more independent. So I will still be 350 miles away from my family. But I can do it!

Been too busy!!

Hello guys and dolls 

So my third week is over, on to the fourth!. 

So far I have lost 10 pounds! Which i am over the moon about. Yet another 50 IBS or so to go. 

Everything I make it made from scratch, and is of course Weight Watcher pointed. 

Of course this isn't a diet, Its a whole change of lifestyle. 

I exercise 5 times a week for a hour, either cardio. Trekking or rowing machine!!

I hope to loose another 2 stone by christmas, as long as I  loose 2 pounds a week I can make it!! 

Weight Watchers

Last year from may till september, I lost 4 stone on weight watchers.

Not be fasting or starving simply by being healthy and a lot of exercise.

I went from a size 18 down to a size 12! 

However with christmas and another job, i have gone back to a size 14.

So now back on weightnwatchers, I hope you will follow me on my journey to be a healthy size 10!

So now, going for a run 6 times a week, going on the rowing machine half hour every night. Having three square meals, and only good clean healthy food.

20 birthday

What a week it has been, I handed in my notice at my job(manager was horrible) And was offered another one! Basically a job where I am my own boss!!! And even thou my birthday was ruined my some of those girls! My boyfriend made it up to me, and took me for good retail therapy!

My favorite summer products of 2012

Now most of our all time favorite on here I have found!

Dry shampoo.

As my colour is rather bright every-time I wash my hair is fades more and more, and having very fine hair I tend to wash it daily. Now in the summer with the sunlight it fades even more. So to split my hair washing days I use dry shampoo, just spritz a little at the roots and rub in to get rid of that greasy look or even to get rid of the softness, This product can also add texture to very flat life less hair. Plus I am a sucker for cute vintage looking products and the smell is delish!

Now getting into the summer, the heat dries both out hair out and skin. Sometimes leaving us with very dry scalp. Can be used for holidays too, comes in a travel size. This product removes chlorine build up and body product build up. You use this product daily as a shampoo gives a protective veil against the sun, As the heat and oxygen fades and discolors any bright colour in the hair.

And me having red hair, having this is a must! 

This is a gorgeous spicy smelling scrub, then leaves skin feeling lovely and soft. Perfect for very dry dehydrated skin. I use this mostly on my face and just cleanses and really cleans insides the pores! Wash off with a wash flannel and baby soft, really good for even sensitive skin!

They do come at quite the price but It is worth it!

This was a glossy box find! Am still crazy in love with this product and the smell is gorgeous!I have used almost the whole thing but will be buying more when I run out. Being a hair stylist my hands and constantly dry and cracked and applying this daily helps, and I have a few clients comment on the smell. The size is just perfect to fit in any handbag! 

As far as tanning products go this is by far the best, both me and all my clients in the salon are fans off this product. It gives a lovely summer glow without the blotchy streaky look many other tanning products give. I find this works best if you are very pale and fair skinned. It is a brilliant price! And If you have a Savers near you, you can pick this up for around 2.99.  

wedding hair summer 2012

I have been so busy lately with wedding hair and soon to be formal prom hair ( End of june time! ) 

Thought I would share a couple of hair styles with you.

Mostly the theme for the summer weddings this year is very casual, curls up and loose. No sleek curls or very harsh off the face hair ups. 

Wedding hair trial, vintage style. 

This client had very long hair, curled all of it then added extensions to bulk around the front.

backcombing at the crown, and twisting curling the rest of the hair in.

Simple hair up, front section into a ponytail. Then twisted the hair going from left to right adding sections. Then with the left over hair rolling into barrel curls.

Such a lovely client, this was for a ball. Put some lovely ashy blondes in there and curling and twisting the hair. with the blonde gives a lovely casual look.
