Been too busy!!

Hello guys and dolls 


So my third week is over, on to the fourth!. 

So far I have lost 10 pounds! Which i am over the moon about. Yet another 50 IBS or so to go. 







Everything I make it made from scratch, and is of course Weight Watcher pointed. 
Of course this isn't a diet, Its a whole change of lifestyle. 

I exercise 5 times a week for a hour, either cardio. Trekking or rowing machine!!

I hope to loose another 2 stone by christmas, as long as I  loose 2 pounds a week I can make it!!
