Not be fasting or starving simply by being healthy and a lot of exercise.
I went from a size 18 down to a size 12!
However with christmas and another job, i have gone back to a size 14.
So now back on weightnwatchers, I hope you will follow me on my journey to be a healthy size 10!
So now, going for a run 6 times a week, going on the rowing machine half hour every night. Having three square meals, and only good clean healthy food.
goal weight 9 stone 5!
