Creamy Mushrooms on sour dough.

Creamy Mushrooms on Sour Dough

For this you will need

Chestnut Mushrooms
Sour dough bread
Herbs, (Thyme)
Spinach and Watercress salad bag
Philadelphia cheese


1. Start by chopping the mushrooms up and leaving them to 'sweat out' I would leave then on a low heat setting for 10 minutes. While this is cooking cut the Sour dough bread and leave on the grill to toast.

2. After the mushrooms has browned slightly add 2 tablespoons of normal light philly. 

3. Add 3 sprinkles of your chosen herb


Until the constantly is creamy NOT runny.

Simply Pour the sauce over the Sour dough bread and salad!
